Thankful For Blogger!

Today I am thankful that I'm able to have a blog and post on there for others to read. It sincerely surprises me how many people all over the world read my blog. My total amount of page views as of right now is 4,937,and that just blows my mind as I didn't think so many people would actually read my blog posts. It allows me to interact with people who I would have never have met. Blogging is one of my favorite hobbies!

Thank you who everyone to reads my blog!

November 12th, 2016- Thankful For My Past (and present) Educators

Today I’m thankful for all of my past (and present) educators and those who have been a mentor in my eyes as I go through schooling to be in the education field. Some of these teachers have known me since I was a little shy girl but I have come a long ways. Some of these teachers pushed me because even though I didn’t believe in myself all of the time, they still did and knew I could achieve my goals and be successful. You all have impacted my life and inspired me and I wish to impact and inspire the future generation. Thank you! Oh, and it’s really fun to be birthday twins with one of your favorite teachers! :)

Do you (or did) you have a favorite teacher?

November 10th- Thankful For My Oldest Brother

I know that this is a short blog post..

Today I'm thankful for my oldest brother! A memory with him is when we used to play video games downstairs in his room (for example,Mario Party with my other older brother). I'm proud of him as he has a career that he enjoys.

What are you thankful for today?

My View On The 2016 Presidential Election

So, to start this blog post I would like to say that I know that people will probably comment and say that I have no right to complain as I didn't go out and vote yesterday.BUT even though I didn't vote I still believe that I'm entitled to my opinions just like everyone else in this country. I didn't vote because I didn't approve of either candidate. The candidate that I would have voted for dropped out early into the Presidential Race (I'm not going to say who). I didn't want to vote for one over the other just because I HAD to. This morning when I woke up, I checked who won and Donald Trump ended up winning which I thought he would as he was in the lead when I went to bed last night. Honesty, I don't know what to think as whenever I think of Trump, I think of The Apprentice. I won't lie and say that I'm not nervous/worried for some of my friends with what Trump wants to do as President. If I HAD to be honest, I would rather have Clinton as President as she has been in The White House before but then again, I don't agree with her on things either. Again, I know people are going to comment that I don't have the right to make this type of post but everyone is entitled to their opinions in this country. (If this post gets too much hate, I'll delete it,but I don't think we should all be fighting about who won and who lost as the past is in the past and we can't change anything now, unfortunately ).

Today I'm thankful that I live in a country where I can express my opinion about things because I'm entitled to it.

Thankful For Clothing and Shoes

Today, I'm thankful for clothing and shoes. Since it's getting cooler and colder out now, my favorite things to wear are yoga pants, hoodies and Uggs.  During the spring and summer time, my favorite things to wear are shorts, dresses, jumpers/rompers and flip-flops. What are your favorite things to wear during the cooler/colder months? What about during spring and summer?

Thankful For My Mom

Today, I'm thankful for my mom. Yes, we might have not always had the typical mother/daughter relationship but every mother/daughter relationship is a little different from the rest. We have had our struggles and then we have had our good times. I'm sad that she had to get diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, the summer before my sophomore year of high school, which I feel like made our relationship struggle a little as she wasn't (and still isn't) able to do things that she used to be able to do. Some people might think that I dislike my mom because of our struggles but in the end, in every relationship with anyone there are going to be struggles and then there will be good times. I love my mom and just like with my dad, we'll always have a special bond as I'm her only daughter.

Day #6: Thankful For Music

Today I'm thankful for music. I don't know about you but I rarely have a day when I don't listen to music. I listen to music pretty much everyday.  I normally listen to music when I'm feeling down or just bored and it'll help. Listening to music just makes you feel better sometimes. My favorite genre of music is country and my top two country singers are Martina McBride and Carrie Underwood. What is your favorite  genre of music? Who are your favorite singers?

To The Brother Who I'm closest To

If you have been a reader of my blog, you would know that I have 3 brothers and 0 sisters.  I'm thankful for all of my brothers : 2 older and 1 younger but I wanted to write about the brother who I'm the closest with and that's my brother who's not even 2 years older than me. He now lives in a different state but he's always there through phone, text,or FB messenger.  Some memories that I have with him are DOGS(the musical), watching TV with him(Castle, SNL, and more) , and many more. He is such an incredible older brother and I'm proud of him and all of his accomplishments. I know that I can always go to him when I need advice and that he always has my back. And like my dad, he also know that even though I make mistakes, that I learn from them

Thankful For My College Friends

Today I'm thankful for all of my friends(past and present) who I have met through college. I'm happy I have people to go to if I'm confused about an assignment or just need a proofreader and I hope they know I'm here for them as well. We all might be spread out across the US but we all have the same goal of graduating college.

Day #3: I'm Thankful For My Dad

The third thing that I’m thankful for is my dad. Sometimes I get sad because I don’t have any biological sisters but then I’m happy because I have a special bond with my dad as I’m his only daughter. He has taught me so much over these 25 years. One thing importantly is to think of others before yourself. You might have a problem going on but there will always be someone who is having a worst problem than you. He is one of the most selfless people I know. Even if he is having a problem of his own, he puts that to the side and helps others before he figures out what to do with his situation. He has always had my back, supported and encouraged me with (almost) everything that I have done and doing. He might disagree with me but he understands that it’s my life and if I happen to make a mistake, he knows that I will learn from it. I love you dad!

Day #2: Thankful For My Boyfriend

The second thing that I'm thankful for is my boyfriend. He accepts me for me; flaws and all. He loves me for me and is always encouraging and supporting me, which I love! He compliments me and calls me pretty even when I sometime disagree with him. He has proven to me that not all guys are the same. We started dating August 24th so this Thanksgiving will be our 3 month anniversary. He makes me feel lucky and I love him a lot!!

A Month Of Being Thankful

Hey guys,

I'm sorry I again disappeared from posting. Life has been crazy. I moved in with my boyfriend, been going to college/doing homework and also searching for a job. I wanted to begin posting again as this month is November and I love seeing what everyone is thankful for this month. Honestly, I don't think you should wait until the month of November to say what you're thankful. You should be thankful for things each day of the year. This November is kind of a sad one as one of my former favorite teachers from middle school passed away last November. It honestly does not feel like a year has almost gone by and she's no longer with us in person but I know she's with us every day.

I wanted to post everyday about something that I'm thankful for.  I know I'm behind so I'm going to post 3 times today to make up for the days missed. The first thing that I'm thankful is being able to make a status each day this month and say what I’m thankful for.  It really puts things in perspective when you actually sit down and think about what you’re thankful for. But like I mentioned above, you shouldn’t just wait for November to think about what you’re thankful for as you should be thankful for things each day.
